These terms apply to your use of froliccat.com and purchases from Frolic Finds LLC, doing business as Frolic Cat. By using our shop or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked below.

Using the shop

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority where you live to place an order. Provide accurate contact and address details, protect your account credentials, and use the website lawfully. Do not attempt to access another customer’s account or interfere with site operations.

Products, measurements, and prices

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Product pages describe the selected configuration and its available measurements. Dimensions may include approximate conversions to inches. Screen settings can affect how colors appear. Photos showing a room arrangement or more than one color do not expand the listed package contents.

We aim to keep product information accurate. If a material error affects your order, we will contact you to explain the correction and allow you to cancel for a refund. An order acknowledgment confirms receipt of the order; it does not prevent us from correcting an error or canceling an order we cannot fulfill. Any charge for a canceled item will be refunded.

Delivery and returns

We serve the contiguous 48 United States. Processing takes 1–3 business days, followed by an estimated 3–7 days in transit. Standard shipping is $6.99 below $59 and free at $59 or more. Read the Shipping Policy for details.

Our return window lasts 30 days after delivery. Eligibility, shipping responsibility, the return address, and refund timing are described in the Returns & Refund Policy.

Using cat furniture

Choose a piece using its listed size and configuration. Follow any included assembly and care instructions, place furniture on a suitable level surface, and check its condition regularly. Stop using a piece if it becomes loose or damaged. Cat furniture is intended for pets; it is not a child’s climbing structure.

Site content and links

The Frolic Cat identity, original text, and website design belong to Frolic Finds LLC or their respective rights holders. You may use the site for personal shopping. Commercial copying or misuse of site content is not permitted. Links to other sites, if present, are provided for convenience and are governed by those sites’ own terms.

Privacy and legal rights

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. To the extent allowed by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses caused by misuse of a product or interruptions beyond our reasonable control. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited. Applicable California and U.S. law governs these terms, without overriding mandatory consumer protections.
